may compete with any stock 4-cycle up to 6.5 HP engine.
Drivers

Drivers
over 12 yrs and under 8 yrs may compete with track official
approval.

serviceable fire extinguisher in pit.
Frames

Any
production, custom-built or fun kart frames allowed. (Quarter Midget
cars OK)

Must be
made of steel. No aluminum or titanium material.
Suspension

Front and
rear suspension is allowed.

one shock/spring per wheel
Body
-
Bodies
are mandatory.
-
May
resemble any production or race type vehicle.
-
Fiberglass, aluminum, or steel bodies.

Wings
roof or front allowed. Top wing sides must stay within 3” from outer
most edge of kart No sharp edges. Top wing size 3’x3’x 16”
sideboard.
Bumpers & nerf bars
-
Front and
rear bumpers required of Max 1" O.D. tubing. Not to exceed outside
tread width of tires.

Bumpers
and Nerf bars must have rounded or capped ends. No sharp edges.
Roll
cage & seat belts
-
Minimum 4
pt roll cage mandatory. Roll cage must be securely welded or bolted
to frame.

Minimum
3" head clearance. No conduit cages

Cage must
be constructed of steel no smaller than 3/4" O.D.
-
Minimum
4-point seat belt. Aluminum racing seat is recommended.

Right
side cage net, right side helmet support or a helmet restraint is
mandatory.
Wheels and tires

Any wheel
or tire allowed.

Grooving
allowed.
Brakes

Must be
capable of stopping kart within a safe distance.
Drive train

Live axle
only

Chain
guards are required.

Centrifugal shoe, disc clutch or belt drives allowed.

type clutches allowed
Engine

Pure
Stock up to 6.5 hp 4 cycle engines only. Maximum 206cc plus
wear/repair.

No motorsports engines allowed.
Engines that are no longer manufactured are not allowed!

No engine
modifications including milling, decking, porting or polishing.

No
after-market racing parts allowed.

Stock Dia.
valves and springs any type of keepers.

Stock
camshaft lift, compression relief non-tech. (Tech will be at the
valves)

Stock
crankshaft, flywheel, crank gear, push rods, lifters, rockers, and
stock length connecting rod.

Stock
carburetors. No modifications allowed

Header
exhaust pipe with flanged end may be used.

Fuel
pump, air cleaner and ignition timing are non-tech
Fuel

Fuel is
restricted to gasoline only. Racing gasoline is acceptable. No
performance enhancements or additives allowed.

Serviceable fire extinguisher in pit is required.

The race director shall be empowered to permit deviations from any of
the specifications, herein, or impose any further restriction, that in
his opinion do not alter the minimum acceptable requirements. NO
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH
ALTERATION OF SPECIFICATIONS. Any interpretation or deviations of these
rules is left to the discretion of the officials. Their discretion is
final.
